The 2025 Annual meeting will be held at 10:00 am on Saturday, September 20, 2025, at the Murphy Library located at 9 Blumenthal Street Murphy, NC 28906. This meeting is called as required by the Bylaws, to update and present to the Owner-Members, for their consideration, discussion, and action, of the following:
- Previous business
- Status Report of the State of the Association
Upon completion of the aforementioned business, the Board of Directors will meet to discuss the following:
- The Associations’ Financial Statements
- Proposed 2026 Budget
